1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Creator SEO Generator ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Creator SEO Generator ("we", "our", "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

2. Description of Service

Creator SEO Generator is an AI-powered SaaS platform that provides content generation tools for social media creators. Our tools include:

The Service is available in multiple languages and operates on a freemium model with optional paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

To use the generation features of our platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for:

• ✓ All activities that occur under your account
• ✓ Providing accurate and complete registration information
• ✓ Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Plans, Pricing, and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan provides 5 total content generations across all tools at no charge. Once the limit is reached, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue generating content.

4.2 Creator Plan (€7/month)

The Creator plan provides 20 content generations per calendar month. The generation counter resets at the beginning of each month.

4.3 Business Plan (€20/month)

The Business plan provides unlimited content generations with no monthly cap.

4.4 Payments

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

4.6 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial subscription payment for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• ✕ Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• ✕ Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security measures
• ✕ Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• ✕ Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• ✕ Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• ✕ Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

6.1 Platform Ownership

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by Creator SEO Generator and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6.2 Your Generated Content

You retain full rights to the content generated through our tools. You are free to use, modify, publish, and commercialize the output in any way. However, we provide no guarantee that generated content is unique — other users may receive similar or identical outputs for similar inputs.

6.3 Your Input Content

You retain ownership of any text, topics, keywords, or other inputs you provide. We do not claim any rights over your inputs and do not permanently store them after generating a response.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that content generated by our tools will achieve any specific results on social media platforms (views, engagement, followers, rankings, etc.). Generated content is a starting point and should be reviewed and customized by you before publishing.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator SEO Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are solely responsible for:

• • Reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or using it
• • Ensuring your use of generated content complies with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• • Ensuring generated content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• • Maintaining the security of your account credentials

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. For users in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply where they provide greater protection.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
